How we brew

Fermentation is not a shortcut kind of craft.

Our process is simple on purpose: good tea, a living culture, real ingredients, and enough time for them to become something better together.

Yumi Kombucha brewery and fermentation process
01

It begins with tea

Organic tea and organic sugar form the clean base for every Yumi batch.

02

The culture goes to work

Our own live kombucha culture transforms the brew through natural fermentation.

03

We give it time

Each small batch is left to develop its gently tart, naturally balanced character without rushing.

04

Real flavour goes in

Hibiscus, lemongrass, mint, passion fruit, and pineapple bring each bottle to life — never flavour dust.

05

It stays alive

We do not pasteurise the culture away. Yumi is bottled alive and kept refrigerated.

How to enjoy it

Cold, gently shaken, and unhurried.

Keep Yumi refrigerated. Shake gently before opening to bring the living culture back through the bottle, then pour cold. Once open, enjoy within a week.
